Incident Command Training
FEMA/Homeland Security instruction in understanding the integration and organizational method used in the Incident Command System and NIMS organization. 
Required for all EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement.
   The four courses can be taught simultaneously in a combined training: 8-hour course
  •  IS-100: Introduction to ICS
  •  IS-200: ICS for single resources & initial action
  •  IS-700: National Incident Mgmt System Overview
  •  IS-800: National Response Framework, An Introduction   
   Each of the courses listed below is 16-hour certified courses
  •  IS-300: Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents
  •  IS-400: Advanced ICS

Risk Mitagation and Management
Risk mitigation and management are critical for having a safe working environment for both your employees and your patients.  Designing effective review forms and having trained evaluators will increase performance and reduce mitigation. Review employees and their methods of running a call and providing proper patient care.  Review field data collection methods, signature captures and HIPAA protocol.
Examples of some of these areas are listed below:

Field Operational Skills Assessment

Get Supervisors & Field Training Officer’s(FTO) back on track with your program and ensure they are on board and aware of how to administer the program.    This course is great for first-time leaders and a refresher for other trainers.  Some of the components include:
